3 Assistant Manager (HR) Scale(E3) Rs. 24900-50500(IDA) Total Posts –02 (UR-01,OBC-01) 15 i) Minimum Educational Qualification: 2 years Full time MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM in Personnel Management/HR or MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM with specialization in Personnel Management/HR with not less than 60% marks in aggregate, from an Institute approved by AICTE. ii) Post qualification experience: Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Executive capacity in Personnel Management, Labour Law, Industrial Relation in Govt. or PSU or reputed private organization. 18 – 30 years Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Interview
